【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanStandarddescribestestsforassessingtheinfluenceofshopprimersontheweldability.Thefollowingtestsaredetailed:a)RatingtestThisscreeningtestprovidesamethodofassessingtherelativeweldabilityofashopprimerofaspecifiedthicknessbymakingastandardweldandsubsequentlyevaluatingtheseverityoftheresultingporosity.Ratingtestsaresuitablefordeclarationbysuppliersoftheinfluenceofparticularshopprimersandsimilarpurposes;b)WeldabilitytestThistestdescribesamethodforevaluatingtheweldabilityofweldingconsumablesandshopprimercombinations,usingvariousarcweldingprocesses.Astandardsizefilletisproducedthatenablescomparisontobemade.Anoverallassessmentofthequalityoftheresultantweldismade.Weldabilitytestsmaybemorecloselyrelatedtoactualconditionsduringproduction.Forprecautionforprotectionofhealth,safetyandenvironmentduringtesting,seeENISO17652-1.
