【摘要】:Flexibilityisthatpropertyofamaterialwhichallowsittobedeformedbybendingorrollingwithoutcracking,breaking,orotherpermanentdefects,usingwhateverforceisnecessarytobendorrollit.Flexibilityisanimportantcharacteristicofflooringinthatitprovidesforeaseofhandlinginrolling,cutting,andfitting.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheflexibilityofresilientflooringmaterialsbymeansofcylindricalmandrelapparatus.Itisespeciallyapplicabletosheetgoodsandsometiles.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
