【摘要】:ThispartofISO14879specifiesatestmethodfordeterminingtheenduranceproperties,underspecifiedlaboratoryconditions,oftibialtraysusedinknee-jointprosthesestosupportandsecuretheplasticsarticulatingsurface.Itappliestotibialtrayswhichcoverboththemedialandlateralplateauxofthetibia.Thetestmethoddoesnotapplytotibialcomponentsmanufacturedsolelyfromplasticsmaterials.ThispartofISO14879doesnotcovermethodsofexaminingandreportingthefinalconditionofthetestspecimen;thesemaybethesubjectofagreementbetweenthetestlaboratoryandthepartiessubmittingthespecimenfortest.
