【摘要】:Theobjectiveofthisguideistoprovideguidancefortheplacementanduseofpassivemonitorsthatwhenuniformlyappliedenablestheusertoeliminatemanyinterferencesinthesamplingofindoorair.Sincetheanalysisoftheindoorenvironmentbypassiveairmonitorsisinfluencedbymanyfactorsotherthanthemethodofsampling,effortsaremadetominimizeinterferingfactorsandmaintaintheairatconditionstypicalofthemeasurementlocationwithinthevicinityofthepassiveairmonitor.However,whenperformingdiagnosticorspecialmeasurements,non-typicalindoorairenvironmentconditionsmaybedesirableorrequired.Thus,theobjectivesofasamplingstudymaydeterminetheconditionsneededforsampling.Passivesamplingprovidesfortimeintegratedmeasurements.Passivemonitorsareusuallyplacedinanindoorenvironmentoveratimeperiodtoobtainacumulativesample;hence,interferingfactorsshouldbeanticipatedandeliminatedwherepossible.Passivemonitorsoftenlackthesensitivitytomeasureshort-termpeakconcentrations.Withsuitableinstructionregardingplacementofpassivemonitors,placementandretrievalofthemonitorscanbeperformedbyunskilledpersonnel(forexample,occupants).1.1Thisguidecoverstheplacementanduseofdiffusioncontrolledmonitorsintheindooratmosphere.1.2Diffusioncontrolledpassivemonitorswithinthisguideincludebothareaandpersonalmonitorsforuseinresidences,publicbuildings,offices,andothernon-industrialworkplacesanddwellingenvironments.ApassivemonitorisanyairmonitorthatdoesnotutilizeelectricalormechanicalpowerinordertosupplyairtothesorbentmediaorchemicalreactantwithinthemonitorandsampleaccordingtoFick''sfirstlawofdiffusion.1.3Thepurposeofthisguideistoensureuniformityofsamplingwithinavarietyofindoorenvironmentsandtofacilitatecomparisonofresults.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61204specifieselectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)requirementsforpowersupplyunits(PSUs)providingd.c.output(s)upto200Vatapowerlevelofupto30kW,operatingfroma.c.ord.c.sourcevoltagesofupto600V.Thedevicesareforfree-standingoperationorforuseinotherequipmentwhenusedwithadequateelectricalandmechanicalprotection.ForcertainspecializedindustrialPSUs,forexampleinthechemicalandmetallurgicalindustry,otherproductEMCstandardsmayexist.Inthiscasethesestandardscanbeusedasanalternative.SincemanyPSUsareusedascomponentsoflargerunitswhicharecoveredbydifferentEMCstandards,aclassificationofpowersuppliesandtheapplicabilityoftherelevantEMCstandardsisgiveninitemsa)andb)below.FurtherguidelinesonclassificationaregiveninannexA.a)Powersuppliesintendedforfree-standingoperation(individualapparatus).ThispartofIEC61204isapplicabletoPSUsdevelopedasaunitwithadirectfunctionandsoldonthemarketasastand-aloneunit.b)ComponentpowersuppliesThesecanbedividedintotwocategories:1)Componentpowersuppliesconsideredasequivalenttoapparatus.ThispartofIEC61204isapplicabletothiscategoryofcomponentPSUs.ThesePSUsareconsideredtobeapparatuswithrespecttotheirEMCrequirements,forexamplethosePSUsintendedforuseininstallationsorsoldtothegeneralpublic,caseswherenofurtherEMCtestsareanticipated.ThisdoesnotincludePSUssoldassparesforrepairwhichhavebeentestedaspartofanoverallequipment.2)Componentpowersuppliesintendedforaprofessionalassembler/installerThispartofIEC61204isapplicabletothiscategoryofpowersuppliesonlyasanaidtospecifyrelevantEMCrequirementsinorderthatvariousendproductstandardsmaybemet.Thesearecomponentpowersuppliesthatareintendedforincorporationintoafinalproductbyaprofessionalassembler.Theseproductsmaybesoldtoaprofessionalassemblerorplacedonthemarketforspecializeddistributionanduse.Inneithercasedotheyperforminthemselvesadirectfunctionfortheuserofanend-product.FurtherEMCtestsoftheassemblyareassumed.NOTEAfterincorporationintoafinalproduct,theemissionvaluescanbealtered(e.g.becauseofmodifiedearthconnections).TheobjectofthispartofIEC61204istodefineEMClimitsandtestmethodsforPSUs.Itincludeslimitsforelectromagneticemissionswhichmaycauseinterferencetootherelectronicequipment(e.g.radioreceivers,measuringandcomputerdevices),aswellaselectromagneticimmunitylimitsforcontinuousandtransientconductedandradiateddisturbancesincludingelectrostaticdischarges.ThispartofIEC61204definestheminimumelectromagneticcompatibilityrequirementsforPSUs.TocomplywiththispartofIEC61204,noadditionalEMCtestsarerequiredornecessarybeyondthosestatedhere.
