【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthefundamentalcharacteristicsoftheinformationmodeltobeimplementedbyaspecificarchitecturallayer(i.e.themiddleware)oftheinformationsystemtoprovideacomprehensiveandintegratedstorageofthecommonenterprisedataandtosupportthefundamentalbusinessprocessesofthehealthcareOrganisation,asdefinedinpart1ofthisstandard“HealthInformatics–ServiceArchitecture-Part1:Enterpriseviewpoint”.Theinformationmodelisspecifiedwithoutany–explicitorimplicit-assumptiononthephysicaltechnologies,toolsorsolutionstobeadoptedforitsphysicalimplementationinthevarioustargetscenarios.Thespecificationisneverthelessformal,completeandnon-ambiguousenoughtoallowimplementerstoderiveanefficientdesignofthesysteminthespecifictechnologicalenvironmentthatwillbeselectedforthephysicalimplementation.Thisspecificationdoesnotaimatrepresentingafixed,complete,specificationofallpossibledatathatmaybenecessaryforanyrequirementofanyhealthcareenterprise.Itspecifiesonlyasetofcharacteristics–intermsofoverallOrganisationandindividualinformationobjects-identifiedasfundamentalandcommontoallhealthcareOrganisations,andthatshallbesatisfiedbytheinformationmodelimplementedbythemiddleware.Preservingtheconsistencywiththeprovisionsofthisstandard,physicalimplementationsshallallowextensionstothestandardinformationmodelinordertosupportadditionalandlocalrequirements.Extensionsshallincludeboththedefinitionofadditionalattributesintheobjectsofthestandardmodel,andtheimplementationofentirelynewobjects.Alsothisstandardspecificationshallbeextensibleovertimeaccordingtotheevolutionoftheapplicablestandardisationinitiatives.Thespecificationofextensionsshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothemethodologydefinedinpart1ofthisstandardEN12967-1,clause7,“Methodologyforextensions”.
